The problem with recording a podcast is that the next day new stuff comes out that you would have loved to talk about. Well that's why we have a blog and twitter :).
The Flaming Flying Lion is up in the Blizzard store and I am going to buy one! They look awesome and don't remind me of vampires (I am looking at you Sparkle Pony). Also MMO-champion has found images of the new mounts in Firelands and the Next PVP tournament ranking drakes. For once I am freakin jealous as hell of the tournament people.
Ohh and totally forgot in the next podcast Episode 13 we are going to have a /roar for a pet contest!!!!! In 4.2 all playable races are going ot be getting sound with their /roar emotes, so send us a sound file of you roaring as you think your toon would and you could win an ingame pet!
So I go the the Blizz store to buy my awesome flying lion of kickassness (sick of flying around on my wyvern on my hunter) and it turns out I am in a 46 min que to buy it. There are 15,524 people in front of me(FLAHBACK TO BLIZZCON TICKETS AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!). Intruge grips my head and I think how much is Blizz making off of this programing beauty. If everyone in front of me purchases just one of these Chuck Norris mounts of leetsauce then Blizz in one afternoon just sucked up $388,100. Grats to you Blizz now you can hire the design team for a new instance :). Have it be all flaming flying fire lions and I will love you for ever. Make them ridden by fire trolls and I will never stop geeking out.
ReplyDeleteI did not buy earlier today and so I jump on just now to buy this radical stead of masculine essence and I find that I am 11000th or so in line :O grats on another $275,000. I would love to see the final total for the day. I wonder if this will out gross a summer blockbuster.
